Austin Helms, Co-Founder & Partner at Select Striping, has built his experience and knowledge in the construction industry since he was in high school. At the age of 15, he began assisting in building custom pools and quickly experienced the satisfaction of seeing a job completed from start to end. Austin went on to spend multiple summers working with long-time friend and current business partner, Dylan Bush, doing concrete slab work.

For college, Austin split his time between Blinn Community College in Bryan, TX and Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. He is currently an employee of Overture Home Care in Fort Worth, TX as the Operations Manager. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Parker and their daughter Devin.

In 2020, Dylan came to him with the idea of taking on a new venture and starting their own business. Thus Select Striping was created.

Partner & Co-Founder

Dylan Bush is a Co-Founder & Partner at Select Striping, LLC. His idea for starting a superior parking lot striping business was born from his 10+ years of hands-on industry experience working in construction. From the age of 17, Dylan worked on his family's ranch building barns, doing fence work, and so much more. Additionally, he & his business partner, Austin Helms, spent time working together at a concrete company pouring slabs.

Because of Dylan's extensive hands on experience with full-life cycle implementation of projects, attention to detail & client satisfaction are a high priority for Select Striping, LLC.

Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University. As an avid outdoorsman, when Dylan is not at work, he can be found golfing, fishing and enjoying all sports with his family, friends, and trusted dog, Pepper.
